I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although having a great view of the garden and water, were old and unrenovated with dirty sofas and a noisy AC. On the bright side, I enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely area. The service was responsive and cooperative, but I missed having staff around to assist. The location, right by the waterside with a beautiful garden, was superb despite being a bit far from the city. The dining experience offered a delicious Sunday Brunch with a vast selection, but there is room for improvement in quality. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was amazing, right on the sea-front with peaceful surroundings, but the rooms had thin walls, a bad smell, and weren't clean. The service was professional and courteous, with notable staff like Liaqat Ali being very polite and helpful, although not present in my room. The dining experience was more than satisfactory, but wanting breakfast in the room could be a hassle.
